i mean do they check what type of answer it is?? how can they know which is quality answer & whats yes/no type???

i think yes, quantity matters as much as quality matters when it comes to responding any discussion.
i dont think that you can create a quality response just by saying yes or no to a question. yes or no answer still needs reasoning, its not enough to build a quality response.
