I was doing the Accounting and Consulting for a shop whose owner was so paranoid. He would check all the stocks on his own, and close the establishment when he goes out. I told him to stop this practise as my accounts will reflect the stock position and movements and he can delegate things without fear. Then he asked me if by any chance his manager runs away with the days collection, what can I do other than showing the correct amount in the accounts as stolen money. He asked whether I can find the money for him. He was correct, but the establishment closed down in no time. To do a good business you have to trust your subordinates to some extent and delegate work.

No idea. would like to know more about what he says.
