coffee! & i prefer batangas coffee coz it is the most posible freshest coffe available in town, since it was grown and harvested in our very own land and time. drinking coffe is beneficial to our health, it strengten and regenerate our cells that helps the vital organs, tissues, to protect us from cancer ang other ailments. it also has anti-oxidant.
so drinking just enough coffee is good, but too much of it will cause acidity that gives toxin & other different ailments to the body. fr highblood pressure, ulcer, kidney problem, insomnia, migraine, etc..
(i'm also a coffee addict,)

I enjoy tea and I will have coffee if it's avaliable. I have recently started drinking Vanilla Hazelnut and Vanilla Cherry and they are so yummy. I don't add any sugar or milk to them.

I got a caramel macchiato from Starbucks today. I don't drink plain coffee at all and I really need the caramel in it to really enjoy it. This is the only coffee I ever buy and I just might be addicted. lol Oh, if Starbucks is closed we go to Dunkin Donuts and get their coffee lite and sweet. It is pretty good for plain jane coffee.

This lady is a tea drinker all the way. Prefer Green Tea however any tea and straight up, no sweeteners or additives of any kind. There is supposed to be health benefits however I would drink even if there weren't. Actually got a nice tin of 80 bags for Christmas!!

I love the smell of coffee brewing - absolutely hate drinking it and I've tried it about as many ways there are possible. Now I can drink tea for days on end. My favorite is vanilla tea. It smells so good brewing and tastes good, too. In fact, I dont put half the sugar in it I normally do in others.
