Cold!!

I take medicine only if its too much and if i ve any xtensions lik fever or cough along wit it. Thr s joke saying "If u take medication cold ll be cured in one week and if u don take medication it ll be cured in 7 days". Thats true to some xtent. If u want to avoid medication in the form of tablets n syrubs then u can try the followin. Mix turmeric powder n pepper powder in milk n drink it bfore goin to bed. Tat shud b better i guess.

well only if it disturbs while sleeping.,.. i mean if i cant sleep cos of it .. or else i avoid
