How to clean the grout?

Does anyone has ideas on how to clean the grout? I have porceline tiles but the grout has become darker in color in only 2 years of living in this house. I clean and mob the floors quiet often. Does anyone has any idea on how to clean the grout? I don't want to spend $1000 to clean and seal the grout.

I use Tilex and it works really well. After I take a shower, every 1 - 2 weeks, I spray it on and then walk away for 20 minutes or so. Then I go back and sponge it down and rinse it. If it's still stained I spray it again and wait another 20 minutes before rinsing. It really helps with mildew and keeps it white.

thanks but what about the tiles in the family room and living area.
