i have just downloaded sims for my pc but it needs someting to laod it but i dont know what.it has a lot of files bt how do i get it to play? i downloaded it from download.com

I think the sims require a cd to play. You can try looking on the internet for a no cd file for the game. i'm not exactly sure what the file would be called. hope that helps some.

I think if it is a downloaded version you might need Daemon tools to mount it before you can play. http://www.daemon-tools.cc/dtcc/announcements.php

Try to instal the program first, launch the .exe file and then play the game. Anyway your description is pretty ambigous, i can't realize what problem is, maybe you can make a print screen and post it here?
