Does anyone think they are 100 percent English?

I watched a TV show yesterday about what people define as English. Lots of people thought u had to have 12 genorations etc to be English. What do you think? Most of the people that featured on it turned out to have Eastern Europian blood in them. They had to accept that much of their DNA showed them to have recent ancestors from non 'english' places and therefore by there standards they were not classed as English. Does anyone know which place would give me information on my blood line? would anyone else like to know theres?
