A boy of 16 came to our office in search of a job and after listening to his family problems, I recommended him for the post of office boy (to do all and sundry works). Later on I provided him with a two wheeler, Free lunch and asked him to join the evening college. Today he is a key person in that office, although I had left the office. He graduated, learnt computer, learnt accountancy. He is not in a mood the leave the office.
