This is about one of my neighbour. He is now studying in eighth grade. Actually he would be in nineth grade. But his parents moved him to a new school when he was in seventh grade,where there was only upto sixth grade at that time. He lost one year and his parents tells that they want he and his brother in the same school and so they did this. DO you think this is fare and would there be any excuse for this if he ask his parents about this in the future.
