who have long nails

how do you keep them healthy strong and long mine are so soft they break so easly

I have short ones but have wondered the same thing.Everytime my nails look okay they break.

I dont have long nails for the simple fact that I bite my nails and I dont want to. most of the time I get acrylics to cover up my ugly nails
