Tips for newly weds

I have been married for three years and I love hearing advice from other couples. Maybe some newly weds on here could benefit from this. What is your best marriage advice? Mine: 1. Don't get credit cards. You don't need them! They will only make your financial situation worse. 2. Don't say anything bad about his mother no matter how much you can't stand her. He probably already knows her faults so there is no reason for you to point them out. It just causes tension.

Be willing to give and take in a marriage. There are always going to be disagreements and arguements, you just have to learn to listen to the other persons opinion no matter if you agree or not! Sometimes you just have to agree to disagree!

Agree to disagree...that is so important. It took my husband and I a while to figure out that we didn't alway shave to come to an agreement.

Never compare him to anyone else especially not your ex-boyfriends!!It willjust cause resentment.

just married - be they way you are don't change yourself
let me tell one thing be natural you dont have to change your self for the marriage it would be great, just live your life as you wish do what you think is perfect for you and your family, i am sure you understand what i am talking about, try it, it will work for sure, i know.
