Yes you can, you must upload them into your intrests to earn the maximum, and only get paid once for the picture. I also see that the image has to pertain to the discussion otherwise you will not earn.

just upload them and you will some money daily for them. You can also add a photo to your discussion. I have no idea how much you get for each photo but in your earnings you will see a column with your photo earnings
