And here I was beginning to believe that there is still hope for humanity. Almost anyone who will use it will end up abusing it, why should it be legal? My grandfather has a permit to grow hemp (along with other legalized and rare plants) for homeopathic remedies, and it makes both of us sick to our stomachs to see people abusing the plant that can be used to help people. You don't NEED it, so you shouldn't be taking it. To give you pleasure, what a horrible reason for any living thing to give its' life up for.

a plant grows and reproduces,you could split the crops between the abusers and the ill.it wouldnt go to waste and yes i guess it is a buitiful thing but why let that just be shown on images that you find in books,internet etc, give it to the world!!

I think it should be made legal for medicinal uses. It helps me as a chronic pain sufferer, and helped my partner with severe muscle cramps due to chemotherapy. It does provide other medical benefits than just 'getting wasted'.
I would like the pharmaceutical industry to look further into this.
