well , have you ever rated a comment or a discution on mylot? ... does it cound?, do they pay you more for it? ... if yes , than why?

Yes it counts, you can earn aditional money if you give ratings in discussions and if you add tags to them but the amount is unknown and it will remain that way, since there is a proprietary scheme of myLot.
