My favorite meal is fried catfish with hushpuppies, pintobeans, and an onion. My mouth is watering just thinking about it. Back home in the south there are a ton of catfish houses but up here I can't find any. I have to make it myself and I hate touching raw fish. lol

Grape leaves? Where do you get them? Do you eat them in salad or do you cook them? I love pasta the most I guess.
