Are you very particular in the brand of phone you use?

I have a niece whom her father gave a new cellphone as a gift. She said this brand is better than the other. I did not understand because as far as I know, the new cellphone her father gave her has a lot of features like it could connect to the internet, has a relatively better resolution than most phones. What is it with brands?

brand loyalty can't be avoided. It's not just for cellphones but for every product that's in the market. People have this mentality that the brand that they use makes them a little classier than the others. Sometimes, specific brands are really better because of the quality of their products that people tend to buy them more..
