why u go to morning walk

After 40 years, it is better for men and women to walk atleast 4 to 5 kilometres to postpone the inevitable blood pressure, colesterol and diabetes. The walking is the best exercise next to swimming because all parts of the body gets exercise and you feel fresh, flexible and gain a lot of confidence.

I go for a 2 kms walk every morning and my husband walks 6 kms every morning. This keeps us fresh, and we begin the day with a lift in our hearts and mind .
