After 40 years, it is better for men and women to walk atleast 4 to 5 kilometres to postpone the inevitable blood pressure, colesterol and diabetes. The walking is the best exercise next to swimming because all parts of the body gets exercise and you feel fresh, flexible and gain a lot of confidence.
