Workout routine

Can someone please help me by telling that what kinda workout routine should i follow? I want to gain some weight & i`m regular to the gym. Will be ok to take some protein supplement with it but i need someone to tell me what schedule should i follow?? It`ll be a great help.

If you want to gain weight, you must eat more protein first. You have to build your body by eating enough. You ca take supplements to boost weight gain. I think almost all exercises will do. It all depends on your food intake. If you take much fats then you will gain weight. But you know fats are dangerous so better eat healthy foods. Increase the amount of intake so you will gain weight faster. Exercise as you like.

Yah morning empty stomach is the best time for exercises. It can be any one or combination of exercises. The most important thing is REGULARITY. With respect to your physical structure, it would be nice if you can consult a physical trainer or advisor. Proper balance between diet, activities n exercise will enable anbody to lead a comfortable life.
