ever did for you?
Well my husband got a babysitter for both of our kids. Made the arrangements, and took me to a very nice hotel call Hersey Hotel. We had supper in the hotle, it was wonderful. The next day he took me shopping at the Hersey outlits. I was shocked. No special reason.

I can actually remember a few situations where my other half has really given me a very romantic evening or weekend. I love it when a guy can be romantic because it really shows me that he cares about me and appreciates me as a part of his life. I wish he would do more romantic things more often but I will never forget what he has done to show me he does care.
The first time he did something absolutely mind blowing for me he had planned out a very elaborate surprise and gave it to me on my birthday. We were at my parent's house and he had to go back to the apartment we were living at to set up that afternoon the majority of what he was doing for me. He came back and then he took me for dinner to our favorite restaurant.
We had a very good dinner and then headed back to the apartment. He asked me to wait outside for a minute or two while he went in and got things ready. When it was ready he asked me to close my eyes and come into the apartment. He then told me he was going to go into the bedroom and when I hear the door close to open my eyes.
I opened my eyes to find a pathway of footprints that had been cut out of paper lit with candles. I was supposed to follow the footprints around the apartment and read what was on each of them. I began to follow them around and came to the first one which told me to press the play button on the CD player. It was the latest album from my favorite band. I kept following the footprints around into the kitchen where there was another one near the kitchen. I found a bouquet of roses on the table which corresponded with the footprint with the instruction on it. I followed the feet over to the fridge next where the next hint was. It told me to look in the freezer where I found an ice cream cake he decorated himself. I thought it was sweet.
I then followed the path to the bedroom where I opened the door to find him sitting behind the bed. The bed was covered in balloons. He told me that I had to pop each one because there was a note in each of them. The notes consisted of the reasons as to why he loves me & what he loves so much about me. After going through the countless balloons I received the biggest gift of the night. In those balloons was a little ring box. I opened it up and there it was. My other half had presented me with a promise ring. I was tearing up by this time. It was most likely one of the sweetest things a partner of mine has ever done for me.
We had celebrated my birthday the following year and he did something for me that I had always wanted my other half to do. I had always wanted someone to decorate a bathroom with rose petals and run a hot bubble bath for me. Well, we had a hotel room this time. I waited downstairs in the hotel bar while he set it all up.
He bought these cute little teacup candles and had them lit up all over the room. He had sprinkled rose petals from the front door all the way to the jacuzzi tub where he had filled it with bubbles. He opened the door and led me into the hotel room where I was awestruck at what I had seen. This made my night. I was so happy and pleased with what he had done for me that night as well.
In conclusion, I have had some very romantic moments provided to me by my other half. He has given me memories that I will never lose and I will appreciate for the rest of my life. I would just like it if he would be a little more romantic more often for me. I love it when he can surprise me and make me smile.
Thanks for allowing me to share! xx
