This is for everyone that has tried to make cash online (but has not had any success).
First I am going to make suggestions that have PROOF they are legitimate. Second I will give some examples that I have tried myself.
HonestRiches
Holly Mann does a wonderful job of her ebook. She shows how to make money with No or very little investment. Her story of how it all began is also quite amazing and very inspiring.

GoogleCash
This ebook is very popular. This tells it all about affiliate marketing. Very well done.

I hope this helps. I know for myself there were things I needed to see before I made a decision. BBBOnline and iCop™ were major factors in my decision making.
I'm sorry for all those that got scammed.
Good luck to you.
If anyone has other suggestions, please share!

The ebooks, I have both of them, so I know what it is about.
Minjobs and Legitonlinejobs provide a list of companies that you can work for. They are not the ones that pay you. They provide the database of companies that require people to work. The companies they are theones that pay you. You are paying for the list.
BBBOnline and i-cop, go to their websites and you'll see they are only promoting legit companies.
