Should I buy my son a baby doll? Will this make him a homosexual later on?

My seven year old son has been asking for a baby alive for christmas. He insist that this is the only toy that he wants. Everytime we are at any store he wants to check if they have one. Is it wrong to buy a boy a doll like this or should I try to convince him to become intrested in something else. Will buying this toy make him homosexual?

Dolls can't make anyone homosexual. If they are, they are. I don't think it would be wrong to buy him one. If that's what he REALLY wants then great. It might help him become an awesome daddy later on in life!

No. You can not help whether your son will be straight or a homosexual. Whatever they are, they are. But I have to ask you this, will he be teased by other kids or family members. Teasing can be painful for a child of any age. Have you asked him why he wants a baby doll? Maybe he is just curious about girls?
