Marilyn Manson

What are your sources for this information? Do you really think he would be allowed to do those things in the HUGE stadiums he performs at? The only thing i could find on this were affidavits that were found to be fake! Its all propaganda!

1. His status with the Church of Satan is honorary, he is dubbed a reverend in the church but that doesn’t really mean anything. Elton John has been knighted by the Queen of England but you don't see him running around with a sword or jousting on horse back. 2. Kittens and puppies thrown into the crowd? Wow, I can't believe that the ASPCA wasn't all over that and it wasn't on the front page of every newspaper. That should surely top the antics of Britney Spears. 3. Do you believe everything that you are told? If so, I have some awesome property in Florida that you should invest in. Regardless of whether I like Manson or not, more often than not, he gets a bad rap from people who spread rumors about him. The funny thing about those rumors … most are started by his publicity company to keep the fires burning while he is recording or before a tour. Any publicity is good publicity.

I've never seen Manson live but I can tell you that him killing puppies & kittens at his concerts is absolutly NOT TRUE. The aspca would be all over his @ss and he would be in jail for animal abuse & animal cruelty. Besides don't you know that Manson is simply shock rock & it's all an ACT? Don't get me wrong I like alot of his songs but not because he pretends to be a santanist. I actually like alot more of his newer stuff than the evil stuff from his early years. I like him more since he went all glittery & pretty.

he dos not throw animals in to the crowed at his concerts where did you hear this who ever told you that was pulling your leg. I ahve seen him many times in concert. we like him because he can relate to our problems and it is an exscape for us with out doing any thing bad. Second its called freedom of speech if you dont like it dont buy it simple as that.

I can't get past the way he looks and dresses up just for everyday life. I never cared for him. I have never heard a song he has done. I had no idea he did that to helpless animals, now I for sure will never listen to any of his music. I am old school "Ozzy rules"!

What???? The only thing to do with blood that has EVER been at a manson concert was pigs blood and he is not the first nor the last to do that. Manson is every parents worst nightmare because he teaches their kids to speak for themselves and not fear the world. Allow it under their roof??? Its music if ANY music your child listens to. Manson is one of many people to do this style of music and life. I am sick of people blaming their problems on people like him. Everyone seems to think he can "make" kids do bad things... this is far from the truth.

Ok, let me start by saying I'm not a marilyn manson fan. Second before you go around spreading rumors you should check them out. Marilyn Manson does NOT throw puppies and kittens into the crowd, etc etc. Go to http://www.snopes.com/music/artists/marilyn2.htm and they will give you the origins of this rumor. I don't know if the part about him being in the church of Satan is true or not - I don't believe everything that I see on the internet - remember anyone can say anything they want on the internet. Marilyn Manson is a performer. It's an act. It's not a big deal.

I was lucky enough to see the man perform at Reading festival. what can I say. I'm not really a fan, I like a few songs, but WHAT a performer. he was really quite something to watch. I was right on the barrier and there were definitely no puppies and kittens involved. in all his interviews he comes across as an intelligent, thoughtful and quite charming man. what can I say, I like him. he's interesting. my mum, who turns 50 in may is a big fan. he reminds her a lot of Bowie.. Laveys Satanism, if you bother to find out about it, is actually not a religion but a philosophy, and isn't devil worship. just a perspective on life.
