First Time to the Gynecologist...

what's your experience with your gynecologist? it's my first time to go to the gynecologist today... i use my health card so they just randomly gave me the doctor i will go to... well, she's somewhat intimidating, can't really explain how but it's my first time so i'm somewhat embarrased and didn't exactly know what to say and she expects me to give her direct answers... anyway, check-up went ok, just gave me a prescription and asks me to come back next week...

I know this is an unpopular view, but I don't go. If something starts feeling off, I'll go. Until then? I'm not going to bother. But I don't bother with many doctors at all unless I notice something that needs attention. I don't like doctors and I'm very into holistic healing.

The first time I went was bad. I was nercous which made the doctor nervous. When I got on the table the first thing he said was "spread them!" I was 16 and that totally shocked me. Then when the results came all he told me was you might get cancer you might not come back in six months. I was horrified! Needless to say I went to another doctor who explained everything to me and I kept up with my appointments and everything was okay.

I havent been to one yet (im 18) and I really dont want to go lol
Im very scared of people touching me like that :/

Wait until you have your first kid, then they are up there at least once a month. :( That's always fun.
