Ok, so I know many people don't really keep to these but we all make them.
Mine for the New Year is to actually attempt to learn HTML. I know quite a bit of VB script but never learned HTML, so I am determined to learn it this coming year.
Anyone else want to share what your resolution is for the New Year?

My New Year's Resolution......don't make a New Year's Resolution. That way I know that it will keep it all year long.

Someone yesterday started a discussion yesterday about setting small goals for the New Year instead of huge, life-changing resolutions which people are rarely able to keep. Although learning HTML is not going to be a simple thing, it is a great goal, and is more achievable than someone saying "I'm going to quit smoking, exercise for 1 hour every single day and lose 80 pounds by June". One is very achievable and realistic, the other is absurd.
Personally, I want to get on a schedule of regular exercise 3 days/week; if I do more, that's great, but if not I will at least be doing more than I do now. I too am looking to set a goal related to computer learning; One thing is that I want to get a website up and running.
Good Luck with the HTML

I resolved many years ago to not make New Year's Resolutions...LOL. No, really, you're right. Most people, including me, usually don't keep the resolutions that they make so why bother? I usually do tend to do the "get healthy" thing every year anyway. Well, it doesn't last until the end of January, but I give it a whirl for traditions sake.
