Is ROM for emulator illegal !?

are you ever playing emulator, such genesis, SNES,Nintendo or GBA. Much people said if we use the roms (game on emulator), it's illegal things!? why !? this kind of old game !? where we can got this things anymore!? isn't it not been produces again!? please tell me it's illegal or no !?

i think it's illegal.They are not manufactured by the original company who created the consoles.

If you own the game it is not illegel to have roms of the game. If you have roms of a game but don't own the game you have to delete the the rom in 24 hours. Is there a game you are looking for? You might want to try ebay or amazon or a used game store.
