Help me find a blog topic!

I know several people who are blogging and making a little extra cash through things like payperpost. So I thought I would give it a try. But I can't decide what my topic should be. I am a wahm of five, I love gardening, cooking, reading. I am into animal rights, I am a coupon addict :)I have a large variety of interests, but I need one that will draw a crowd so I can make that cash! :) Any suggestions, anyone??
