When I'm on the internet I constantly recieve the message "Internet explorer has encountered a problem and needs to shut down". I click OK on the "report this problem" box, but I continue to have the same problem. and another one "adreess a000...unread error "then confirm to shut If anyone knows how I can fix this problem please let me know. Thanks
