Do you know what is Karok Fish??

I am not sure if this is the same fish I heard about. They said that there is a fish that if you rub your nails or fingers (I cant remember well) you are gonna be lucky in the next few days to come. It was in Brazil, there had been a lot of commotion because everyone wanted to see this fish that time. It started when someone won the lottery because of it. Not sure if it was true though. I tried looking for an article but the one I found looks unreal. So.. well Im gonna research about this Karok fish maybe its the one.
