what is a best friend?

For me, a best friend is someone you love above all your other friends. It is the friend you most confide in and want to be with. When you are separated from this friend, you really feel rotten and hurt. When this friend is angry at you and threatens not to be your friend, you are in despair. Often, a spouse is a person's best friend, which makes sense because they are the ones that are closest to you.

Nelda is my best friend as we share so much in common.we are both senior citizens, and we both are diabetics and we both have birthdays in Novemmber. our sons are also best friends. I am always there for her and she is always there for me. I can talk to her about anything and she knows she can talk to me about anything. we help each other we push each other to keep doctor's appointments we just like and love each other.
