I am the type of person who learn from visual clues. I prefer to see the process rather than read about it. I believe by practicing and doing will make a more lasting impression than just being told directions. I find my mind is very visual in nature. I tend to remember details better when I see a picture or diagram. Layouts or graphics seem to be in the foreground 80% of the time. Even during conversations, I tend to remember details of my surroundings and the overall situation. I find it hard for me to recall statistics and numbers. Simply reading the information, I find it difficult to recall details as well. I grasp concept easily and posses great comprehension, however, I have a handicap when it comes to dates, names, and the like. What kind of handicapp have you found in yourself? How have you overcome them? Should a person just use their strengths and ignore their weaknesses? I would like to know if others learn like I do. Can I improve my problem areas? What are the best ways to become more left brained?

I am very typical guy of Intelligence but not interested to show it on a traditional way. My maths teacher requested for doing the step by step answer to the given problem. But myself jumps to the answer without making it in steps manner. He once reported to my father also. But I'm doing very lazily and calculate the answer over my mind instead of making it on paper.

I use to do that in school too. I wonder if it makes the teacher feel inferior when the student can figure out a problem so easily? I have never liked school but in this day and age, technology is the spine of the business world. We all must communicate via some form of technology. I have a problem dealing with the people part of the equation. I'm visual in nature. I just want to see the problem and solve it. I don't want to play politics in order to be heard or acknowledged! Is that too much to ask for in this society? Have we not advanced beyond the pettiness?

I'm sorry, could you elaborate on your answer? What is 80% plus and 90% minutes type? If I was to decipher your response based what you wrote: you type an average of 170% per minute! If you are saying you are a B+ to A- student, than your grammar should reflect that fact. Besides all that, you can't be a B+ and A- student. You can't have 2 GPAs at the same time, unless you are attending 2 Universities at the same time. If that was true, you should be a much better typist than 170% per minute. You can however be between B+ and A- or from a B+ to a A- student. Which would you prefer; and would you like fries with that?
