This is very hard, but if you watch the way they pay attention to you and the way they show their concern for you. I would look at how he treats you, is it with respect and is it polite. If a b/f does not have time for you and treats you like a kid sister then he is not in love with you. Men can not fake their Love, they show it in all the little things they do.
