No common sense

In our town road widening works are goingon. In that area both sides of the road has got building material like sand and rock stones and also construction material. As the road was widened upto 120 feet so many buildings doesn’t have parking facility. Without taking into consideration of that issue, the police imposing lots of fines to the vehicles which parked in front of the shopsand offices even for a small time also. Is it wise, are the police department doesn’t have the common sense of providing or showing the parking area for the vehicles.
