Yes, unfortunately, I have witnessed an accident. I was waiting to make a left hand turn, a guy was starting to turn left into where I was coming out of and a girl that was paying no attention and going way to fast t boned him. It was pretty bad, his car went off of the road and hit into a tree. Needless to say, he was pretty banged up. Thankfully, I had my cell phone with me to call 911.
