Who is required for an organization ? How will you distinguish between them ? Please justify your reasons..

it is not importent effective or busy work is importent
there is a capasity for work style. one person done work in 1 hour a good quality. and anather is done more than one hour who called busy. its a depend upon style of person to person. for organisation effective manager is essential.
