You will receive a communication from paypal, informing that certain sum is in your credit. 4. You can use this amount to pay for (a) upfront fees of some site (b) transfer the amount to someone's paypal account whom you know personally (c) use the amount to buy materials/goods/services where the seller is a paypal registered merchant. (d) You can transfter to your bank account in USA through cheque without charge (e) You can transfer to any bank in any country where you have account, provided the transfer amount is $150+ (f) paypal charges $5 transfer fees (g) Paypal will not credit the amount to your credit card account.
