I want to know about some of the good anti spywares. I have been using Zonealarm and has found it as good. But, quality of softwares differ from manufacturers to manufacturers, so has different capabilities. Can anyone suggest good anti spywares that are available?

I have been using the anti-virus/spyware/grayware software that my ISP provided and i feel like i'm never gonna need another one. The name is Trend Micro OfficeScan Client. It is not perfect but it is just more than good and really performs. In addition to this, I'll suggest "Webroot Spy Sweeper". These two make a great combo and I'll suggest to use them with a blind eye.
I left Norton because it wasn't able to detect the viruses that had their names starting with "Parite."

well.. as u said the quality of the s/w depends on the manufacturer..
there are a number of good antispywares..
Each has its own detecting capabilities..
Actually we cant rate it.. coz , A good and big antispyware program may mis some spywares, where a small one which is made especially to detect a particular spyware may detect that..
so it depends..
some of the good one are..
zonealarm,noadware,norton internet suite,adware doctor
which i no.. there are other good ones also

I use Norton and have paid for it. I think that it's great. Verizon tried to sell me theirs today and I told them to go fly a kite, I'm happy with Norton LOL
