How often do you meet the teachers of your children?

Do you meet the school teachers of your children to know about their progress and performance in schools and problems/issues relating to their studies?

Myself and my wife meet the teachers of my son once in a week (different teacher on different days). I thought they do not like our interference. On the contrary the principal and the teacher both appreciate our visits (there is fixed time for this activity) and they interact openly with us. Luckily our son is performing well in the school and this is the age where there will be diversion of attention and hence to be careful, we are not taking any chances. There will always be suggestions from the teachers to improve the methods of teaching and coaching at home and it is really good for every parent to take interest particularly in if the children are studying in high schools.
