paranoid wife...pls help

hi...im a new mom and wife obviously im stil struggling of adjustment of our marriage...my husband always telling me im paranoid of being suspecious in everything he does... i really jealous of his x-gf if he has contact with her,,i mean they stil texting or each other or my husband calls her sometimes... pls help...any suggestion...
