What Pays More?? Give response to another or Starting new discussion??

I think that starting new discussion can help you to be payed more, because I think that when someone reply to your discussions, you get payed too. If someone rates positive your post, your earning grow up. But If you have nothing really interesting to say, it's better you keep replying.
