have you ever given blood?

i never give blood before.because i feel faint when i see the blood coming out from my body .but recently my company advocate us to give blood .this way can help some people who need.so how can i do ?

It's very easy - all you have to do as the donor is show up, lie back, and stick out your arm. The technicians do the rest. It is a good thing to do and doesn't harm you in any way as long as you are healthy.

No,I have never done it.I think it is dangerous.at the same time my body is emaciated.I need blood more.

I have never given blood to a blood bank but I've had blood taken many times. The latest needles and an experienced phlebotomist means that it doesn't hurt. I just look the other way.
