should there be any increase in sc/st reservation

reservation at different fields is good to those for who r backward togather with povrety.people who are unable to affordable to pay their fee, but interested in studing and have a good educational past. Candidates comming under reservation quotas with a very poor qualification are able to achive nice places/posts which they do not deserve neither they are able to sustain those positions for long. so i have many points to discuss with you if someone stands against my views a want someone to have a controversy on this topic fore those who select this topic, thaks to them in advance.

i think reservation should be made on economic basis, i know rich people who are sc/st ,but i have a different idea: i think there should be no entrance exams for colleges, there should be same fees for all the students , any number of students can join the institution, the only thing is that they should pass the final exam to get the degree.
