can any1 pls tell me wat does the no. against our names mean like right now 60 is there against my name and wat role does it play in incrreasing our income?pls help

yaaa my friend yeh fultu timepaas wali cheez hai ,,,,,money karne se nahi response milne se badhta hia ,,,and rate every discussion ,,i think that is also the source
