Are You Addicted to the Computer

I honestly think that my number one addiction in life is to the computer. I can sit here for hours without realizing it. For me it is a connection to the outside world and sometimes a source of sanity. With more and more technology coming out I believe that the next generation is going to have a problem with this addiction as well. I think in a few years we will start seeing self help groups that talk about this addiction. Just as someone would go to AA or a spousal abuse group, they will be going to a group to talk about their internet addiction. What is your opinion?
