fuel pump relay

relays are reading 70 ohms.this is below 75, is below 75, bad enough to replace?

what kind of vehicle do you have? if you have a Honda like me, it is suggested to replace every 60,000 miles. my honda has 159,000 miles on it. it bought it with 75,000. at that time i replaced the fuel pump.
