Laundromat Attack

This morning..I needed some change for laundry. My family and I have frequently went to a nearby laundromat and it has a change machine. I thought I would go there..rather than trying to get change from the store. Anyway...I get to the machine and one of the owners was there. I put in my loonie and then he yells at me.."What are you doing?" He asks if I am doing laundry? I told him that we frequent the laundry ..then he asks me where my laundry is? I told him I was not doing any at that particular time...so he argues with me...I told him well I already got the change...Then he tells me I should thank him! So ...I did and left...However..walking home I was sooo mad..I felt like going back..but I didn't..this guy was huge! Anyway...I am not going back to that laundry again...and I am thinking of telling the other part-owner...Furthermore...if it is just for customers...then they should put a sign there stating that fact! What do you think?

Wow, that is wild. I think the owner needs to learn some basic rules about running a business and treating customers well. I also think you should go to a different laundromat from now on when you're doing your laundry. He does not deserve your business.

I think he was very disrespectful to you and that's not right. He was probably having a bad day, or pissed off at something else and he took it out on you. It's doesn't make it right, and I don't blame you for not going back there at all.

It is a public place he was way out of line and he had no business causing you such grief you should go to the better business and complain or your town business permit location.

I agree how rude! I mean its not like your there daily getting change! Or are u? hehe And still yet he could have just been a little nicer about it. Sounds like he was really harsh with you over getting some change. I totally agree they should have a sign posting things in the laundromat are for washing customers only. Sorry to hear you got treated that way!
