If you had to give up one of your 5 senses which one would you choose?
Sight, Hearing, Touch, Taste, Smell?
I guess I would go with hearing.

altough they are all important and all related to each other. i don't know what i would do if i could not see the faces of my children or hear their voices. or know that they are hugging me. i would have to go with smell. although things would not taste the same, i would rather lose my smell and taste

Probably smell. It's not that strong to begin with so I probably wouldn't miss it too much.

Hey you are in a wrong impression.Do yoy know somethig if you miss smell you would be indirectly missing taste.Because, you cannot taste food properly unleass you smell it.Im not faking, this is science. For example you wont find your food tasty when you are suffering with cold.Thats the phenomenon.

I would definately say smell. I know some things smell good, but some things smell really bad and I could really do without smelling those things :)

Yeah, I would have to agree on that one. Maybe I'll change my answer to smell. good points.

Probably smell, the others are necessary for quality of life but I think smell is the least used one, I think we have evolved from a state where we relied on smell to survive to where we only really use it to enhance taste or alert us if something is rotten in the fridge!

If I really had to choose, I'd give up taste.
I couldn't lose my sight or hearing because I love watching TV, especially comedies. Not being able to see or hear would take away a lot of the jokes (And of course, there are the multitude of difficulties I'd have being deaf or blind.)
I need smell because it's useful to know if something is burning and I love essential oils and perfumes.
Touch...well...let's just say I wouldn't have much fun without it, if you know what I mean
That leaves taste. As much as I enjoy eating certain foods, losing my sense of taste might be for the best because maybe then I'd eat more healthily.

I would have to say I'd give up my hearing...Taste and smell seem to go hand in hand, touch is something I'm very big on I love to feel things and sight I also wouldnt want to all of a sudden be without becaue I enjoy the beauty of life in a visual sense etc....

I think I would go with smell. It really did happen to my sister. She had a bad sinus cold it destroyed something in that area. Now she cant smell.

I would probably go with touch, it will eventually kill me but hey what the heck!
