I think elephant remember well, because elephants are large-brained. They are capable of relatively complex thought processes and have good memory storage and therefore they have the intellectual capacity for using complex acoustic communication.

Elephants cry, play, and laugh!
Elephants are sensitive fellow animals where if a baby complains, the entire family will rumble and go over to touch and caress it.

i'm not sure.but i remember a fact that an elephant can remember the way to a place for hundred years having visited it just once.amazing na?

I doubt elephant never forgets yea .... if that the case will they ever seek revenge on humans that hunts them ?

well scientist do say that an elephant never forgets.... but when asked, the elephant refused to give any comments... so who knows...maybe, maybe not
