Helsinki, for it's own northern-shaped attractiveness in overall. Lots of services everywhere and an outstanding organization, which is a thing most so-called big european cities completely fail at. Helsinki is definitly my choice.

best city for me is New York. But Rome, Paris, London, Sidney are very very gooood ;)
