for those who had been here for a long time. do you really get a debit card and are you really able to use it or this is just a scam?

They don't send you a debit card. They deposit the money into your paypal account. And, I have been paid by the site so they are legit.

but i dont have a paypal..i have ikobo instead and its what says

I have an iKobo discussion at my page. Better check that out.
When you reach your minimum payment, mylot will then send the money at your ikobo account. And then ikobo will send your debit card with the payouts from mylot.
