yes i do Aerobics are particularly helpful for weight control. Research consistently shows that regular physical activity, combined with healthy eating

Actually when i was in class 8th standered,i learned it from my school.i like this dance,not only that ,a over weight person can reduce waight by doing aerobic,

Hi Im Toya I do danceaerobics and give classes aswell I think its great as you get fit and use funky dance moves at the same time...normal aerobics uses a lot of dance moves and choreography anyway - danceaerobics classes use short dance routines for the class aswell for beginner to advanced which the class usually likes and helps them to get fitter quicker

i like it very much....i used to think its a dance but now i can say exactly its not dance...may be it appears as dance...it improves our fitness....

I like aerobics alot. It is fun and energizing. I have a hard time keeping up unless it is low-impact. My asthma kicks up and then I feel like I am going to keel over. It is so good for you to get your heart going and your muscles moving.
